Purchase agreement
By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to the total amount of the purchase price at the time.

Course content
By purchasing our courses you understand and agree that under no circumstances are you allowed to share or profit from this information. You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage we may suffer as a result of your actions.

Accreditation & Licensing
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you have read and understood the statement under FAQS which explains our courses are not accredited. “In New Zealand there are currently no certification requirements or government regulations within brow services to hold a qualification to perform brow treatments on clients.”

Refunds 

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for any digital products purchased such as our online training. All sales are final once the order is confirmed. 
You understand and agree that if you have scheduled an appointment your deposit is non refundable. You may reschedule your appointment ONCE with 48 hours notice, prior to your booking and the same deposit may be used. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments after 48 hours will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required for another booking.
